Senior product manager working across the digital product landscape: consumer mobile apps, fintech, AI services, gaming, and platform products built for both global and emerging markets. Comfortable translating complex product and commercial problems into clear roadmaps and actionable decisions for cross-functional teams. Most recently, I drove product and commercial strategy for a live GenAI voice service, where I modelled a hybrid architecture projecting up to ~90% lower per-query compute cost and ~50% lower latency, validated at the product and commercial level.

Full-Time Remote

40 hrs/week · Permanent role

Open to full-time remote PM roles (Senior PM / Lead PM / Principal). Based in Pakistan with strong overlap across EU, MENA, and US East Coast hours. Open to relocation where the role supports it. Able to work with visa sponsorship.

10–20 hrs/week · Monthly retainer

For teams that need senior PM expertise but a full-time hire isn't the right move yet. 3-month minimum, with renewal options. Starts with a 2-week trial sprint.

Working Style

Fully remote, owning the work from discovery to delivery. Plug into your existing tools: Slack, Notion, Jira, Linear, ClickUp. Occasional travel for kickoffs or quarterly offsites is workable.

Onboarding

Are you open to fractional engagements, full-time roles, or both?
Both. I'm actively open to fractional PM engagements (10–20 hrs/week, monthly retainer) and full-time remote-only PM roles (Senior / Lead / Principal level). I'm based in Pakistan and primarily looking for fully remote roles.
What is a fractional PM, and how is it different from a consultant or contractor?
A fractional PM is embedded in your team part-time as a senior product owner, not just an advisor. I drive outcomes end-to-end (strategy, roadmap, delivery, GTM) for a defined window, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. You get senior PM judgment without the FTE overhead.
What's the minimum engagement?
3 months. This is enough time to diagnose, ship something meaningful, and hand off cleanly. Shorter sprints (4–6 weeks) are available at a premium for specific deliverables. Pricing reflects the compressed timeline.
What time zones do you work in?
I'm based in Islamabad, Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5). Working hours are 11 AM – 8 PM PKT, slot-dependent. This gives natural overlap with EU mornings, Middle East full days, and US East Coast mornings.
